Bison Fitness has trained clients of all ages, experience levels, body types and fitness goals. Our world class programming has helped clients get stronger, lose weight, rehab injury or surgery, or simply feel more comfortable in their own skin.
We create a custom program for each client.
Personal Training packages come in half-hour or full hour sessions, and can be done between one and four times per week. This allows for several different packages to meet anyone's budget and schedule.
Custom programming is provided to meet the goals of each client. Every package includes:
-A free Bison Fitness gym membership
-A free consultation and planning meeting
-Weekly workout plan
-Weekly accountability check-ins
-Nutrition plan
-Free body composition reports
We identify specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely(SMART) goals in an initial consultation meeting. We then keep you accountable weekly and keep the fire burning to reach these goals.
