Limited slots are available for personal training. When slots open, members on the waiting list are informed and clients are taken on in a first come, first serve basis with no exceptions.
Sam Tabbert has been training clients of all ages, experience levels, body types and fitness goals for more than a decade. His world class programming has helped clients get stronger, lose weight, rehab injury or surgery, or simply feel more comfortable in their own skin.
Sam creates a custom program for each client.
Trainees are required to have a membership at Bison Fitness Club and asked to commit to a minimum of 4 training days per week, 1 of which is a session with Sam and the other 3 on their own.
Sam provides custom programming to meet the goals of each client, including exercise programming, basic dieting, and putting down unhealthy habits like smoking and excessive drinking.
Sam helps the client to identify specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely(SMART) goals in an initial consultation meeting. He then keeps clients accountable weekly and keeps the fire burning to reach these goals.
